Calgary Stampeders Announce New Starters for Home Opener

New Two Added to Lineup

The Calgary Stampeders will be showcasing a number of new starters in their home opener on Friday, including a new two-headed receiving tandem. Arthur Jabari and Joshua Bell, both of whom recently signed with the team, will be making their Stampeders debuts.

Jabari, a 33-year-old wide receiver, has amassed 81 receptions, 604 receiving yards, and 8 touchdowns in his eight seasons in the CFL. He spent the past three seasons with the Akron RubberDucks, where he caught 60 passes for 451 yards and three touchdowns in 2021.

Bell, a 22-year-old defensive back, spent the past two seasons with the Toronto Argonauts. In 2021, he earned East All-Star honors after intercepting five passes and recording 73 tackles.
