Germany ousted from Euro 2022 after loss to Spain
Spain advanced to the semifinals of Euro 2022 after a dominant 2-0 victory over Germany on Tuesday.
Goals from Alba Redondo and Olga Carmona secured the win for Spain, who will now face either England or Sweden in the semifinals.
Germany had a disappointing tournament, failing to win a game in the group stage and only managing to reach the quarterfinals thanks to a late equalizer against Denmark in the final group game.
Spain, on the other hand, have been in impressive form throughout the tournament and will be confident of going all the way to the final.
